Judge
Roger L. Kline married Jane in 1970. They have three children
and two grandchildren.
Educational
background: B.B.A. from Ohio University (1974) and J.D. from
Capital University Law School (1978).
Judge
Kline served as a school board member (1978-1980); Pickaway
County Prosecutor (1981-1984); Pickaway County Probate and Juvenile
Judge (1985-1995); and Judge of the Fourth District Court of
Appeals since February 1995. In addition, Judge Kline has served
by appointment on the Ohio Supreme Court.
