Judge
Harsha was elected to the Fourth District Court of Appeals in
1989. In addition to serving on the Fourth District, Judge Harsha
has served by appointment to the Ohio Supreme Court. He is a
frequent lecturer for the Ohio Judicial College, the Ohio Appellate
Judges Association, and the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers.
